From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders

The journey of Cox Pool Sales began in the summer of 1983 when Dan Cox, fueled by a vision, decided to add an in-ground swimming pool to his family’s home – a project completed close to Thanksgiving. Fuelled by the passion for what he had created, Cox Pool Sales was founded the following year. Initially selling chemicals from his countryside home and installing pools locally, Dan’s venture quickly grew, necessitating a move to a larger facility to accommodate the expanding needs of the business. Little did he know, this was the foundation of a legacy that would be passed down through generations.

A Family-Oriented Business

Over 25 years ago, Dan and Kathy Cox laid the foundation of what Cox Pool Sales is today. With Chris Cox at the helm, the business was moved to Greenville to better serve our growing customer base. This transition didn’t change our core values – we’ve continued to flourish without compromising on the personal attention each of our clients receives. Chris Cox personally oversees the sales process and is actively involved in installation projects.
